Inside, the hut is laid out as a cosy studio space, combining a comfortable double bed, compact kitchen, dining area and a small sitting space. Full of rustic charm, it’s well-suited to relaxed, easy living. A short walk from the hut, you’ll find your own private shower room, exclusively for your use, not shared, fitted with a walk‑in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Outside, there’s plenty of space to make the most of the setting. A table and chairs provide the perfect spot for outdoor dining, while the fire pit invites you to unwind in the evenings, all while taking in the far‑reaching countryside views.
Guests also benefit from the on-site farm shop, offering a range of local produce and refreshments, along with tea rooms serving breakfasts and classic cream teas, ideal for those days when you’d rather not cook. With countryside walks on the doorstep and the coast within easy reach, the location offers the best of both worlds. Sidmouth itself is a much-loved Regency seaside town, known for its elegant seafront, red sandstone cliffs and wide, pebbled beach. Stroll along the Esplanade, take in the views from Connaught Gardens, or explore the independent shops, cafés and restaurants that give the town its relaxed, welcoming feel. The surrounding area also offers plenty to discover, from riverside walks along The Byes to coastal trails along the South West Coast Path.
