Beacon View has been lovingly refurbished; it includes underfloor heating and has been stylishly furnished throughout. It is a perfect choice for a couples retreat or a family holiday and it is a wonderful base in which to explore the delights of North Cornwall. Downstairs is a modern, high-end kitchen and is fully-equipped with a breakfast bar, oven, hob and contemporary extractor hood, along with a microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen area opens up to the dining area with table and seating and then onto the sitting room where there are large, comfortable sofas, a smart television and french doors leading out to the private and enclosed garden; perfect for afternoon barbecues, al fresco dining and for relaxing and watching the iconic Cornish Sunsets. Outside there is also a large driveway with parking for up to two cars. The first bedroom is also located on the ground floor and has a plush king-size bed, smart television and and en-suite shower room. Upstairs are two further bedrooms; firstly, a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and secondly a bedroom with two cosy twin single beds. Both rooms share the family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower., wash basin and WC. Also located on the first floor is a useful study area with a desk and seating.
