This superb, semi-detached cottage, lovingly created from a barn conversion on the owners’ working livestock farm in the small hamlet of Llanddewi Skirrid, oozes quality and charm. The opportunities for walking and cycling from the doorstep of this cottage are endless, along countryside lanes or on the local Skirrid Mountain, the most easterly of the mountains within the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons). Enjoy the animals on the farm and the array of wild birds including red kites flying overhead. Spend a day in Abergavenny or Hay-on-Wye, or discover the region’s abbeys, castles, museums and ever-changing scenery. A wonderful cottage for that perfect escape to the country, all year round.
