All three offer something different to guests, with Abergavenny boasting a castle with its own museum, shops, pubs and restaurants, Hay-on-Wye with its number of book shops and the city of Hereford boasting a stunning cathedral and many amenities to suit all tastes. The area offers numerous walks and cycle trails, especially in the nearby Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) and the Black Mountains.
