There are three bedrooms here with something to suit all the family, a double, a single and a triple room, which has a double below and a single above. At the rear of the property, and accessed through French doors from the kitchen is your private patio with table and chairs for outside dining. A short stroll from the doorstep brings you to Polzeath village where a fine choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants offers a great selection of local produce specialising in fish of course. The beach really does have something for everyone from rockpooling for the children to bodyboarding, and of course surfing for which the beach is world-renowned. Walkers will delight in the stunning coastal path offering spectacular views of the famous rugged coastline.
