A lovely terraced cottage built in the 1800’s in picturesque Gatehouse of Fleet, near the coast in beautiful Dumfries and Galloway. A few doors along is The Ship Inn on the footbridge over the Water of Fleet, with the Mill on The Fleet visitor centre developed from a former textile mill. Gatehouse of Fleet is the ideal location for walking, cycling and golf and with many beautiful beaches only a few miles away, you will be spoilt for choice. Why not challenge yourself at the Laggan Outdoor Centre or treat yourself at the Cream o Galloway Farm and activity centre for some fantastic ice cream. Dip into the areas past at Cardoness Castle or visit the Covenanters graves at the ruins of Anwoth Church.
