    Aberlour 2 miles. An extremely well presented and spacious cottage surrounded by lush green rolling hills and fields in the wonderful Scottish countryside. This large detached cottage is ideal for couples or for a group of friends who will appreciate the space within the cottage and its close proximity to so many places of interest. With all the accommodation at ground floor level there is a fabulous sun room with widespread views over the surrounding countryside and this makes the perfect place for quiet relaxation. The fitted kitchen/dining room is extremely well equipped and with direct access to the sun room which boasts stunning panoramic views. The sitting room is smart and tastefully presented and the abundance of large windows means guests can appreciate the lovely location from the comfort of their armchairs. There are two generously proportioned bedrooms, both with king-size beds and one benefiting from an en-suite. The surrounding fields are home to grazing sheep and cattle and just a couple of miles away, the pretty large village of Aberlour provides excellent facilities with a number of good pubs serving tasty local produce and of course, it boasts its very own distillery and is also home to the world famous Walkers Shortbread! Why not visit the old railway station, not only home to the Speyside Way Visitor Centre but also with its own tea shop. The spectacular Moray Firth Coast is a short drive away with many quaint fishing villages, all well worth a visit. Whether it’s whisky, wildlife or walking, it’s all here in abundance and this superior cottage will ensure a perfect holiday. EPC Rating: Band D
