With glorious sea views of Ballinskelligs Bay to the rear, this charming cottage has a spacious open plan living area which comprises a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a relaxing sitting area complete with an open fire for those cosy nights in with your loved ones. For a little bit of quiet time, you can relax with a good book in the separate sitting room which features an electric stove, the perfect place to unwind and switch off. On those sunny evenings and afternoons, guests can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the outdoor deck as the sun sets over the bay. Take the short stroll to the secluded Meelagulleen Beach for a day paddling in the sea and building sandcastles. Just a short drive away is the village of Ballinskelligs, which is famed for its stunning views and coastal scenery. Long ago, the Skellig monks settled here and called it the nearest thing to heaven. Home to a local shop, pub and Post Office, this quiet village is the perfect destination to enjoy the Ring of Kerry and all that is has to offer. There are plenty of attractions and activities within easy reach, including boat trips to the historic Skellig Michael, the Kerry Dark Sky Night Reserve, a Blue Flag beach and the famous Castle on the beach, the McCarthy Mor Tower, together with the 12th century abbey.
