Outside is a front patio area with furniture and BBQ, a superb sunny spot to enjoy a refreshing drink or alfresco dining on a summer’s day. The views from the front of the cottage are amazing, overlooking the owner’s lake and the countryside beyond. Enjoy a day out at Symonds Yat rock, overlooking the beautiful River Wye, in the magnificent Royal Forest of Dean or the pretty riverside towns of Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye, as well as the historic city of Hereford. Further afield are the Black Mountains, Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) and the market town of Abergavenny, all of which offer great days out.
