    Electric heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, , dishwasher. Utility room with chest freezer and washing machine.. TV with Saorview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Open garden to the rear with lawn and picnic bench. Ample off road parking. Gravelled area to front. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4.5 miles, pub, coast and beach 5 mins walk. Note, the former oil radiators are still in place at the property but the property is now fully heated by electric heaters.
