An immaculately presented, detached lodge located on a superbly maintained holiday park on the shores of Lake Windermere in the beautiful Lake District. Bowness-on-Windermere is where you’ll find three Michelin-starred restaurants, perfect for the foodies in your group. In addition to the Armitt Library and Museum Centre and the stunning Stock Ghyll Force, Ambleside also features a fascinating 2nd-century Fort, or you can venture further to Grasmere, where you can wander around the former home of the great poet, William Wordsworth.
