Skipton, known as The Gateway to the Dales is a short drive away, where you will find a bustling high street full of traditional pubs, shops and restaurants, as well as the medieval castle. Other attractions include canal boat trips, walks through the enchanting Skipton Woods and shopping at the town centres market. This area is a hiker’s dream with walks to be enjoyed from the doorstep and the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park, just a short drive away. If you werent spoilt enough with one National Park, The Lake District can be found within an hour’s scenic drive.
