    More Information

For a family seeking fun and adventure on holiday, a stay at this contemporary and spacious dog-friendly lodge offers it all. Set within a large quarry, the two private spectacular lakes boast a variety of outdoor pursuits including diving and wild swimming. Walkers and cyclists are also well catered for as within a mile is the start of the famous Camel Trail taking you through the moors and countryside along a disused railway line all the way to Padstow. After the thrill and excitement of a day on the moors or enjoying the exhilarating lakes, relax in the private hot tub directly outside the lodge before returning to the lodge, or gather your loved ones for a barbecue. The lodge is both spacious and comfortable with an open-plan living room, well-equipped kitchen and cosy dining and sitting areas. When it comes to dining out, within two miles you have two of the finest moorland pubs in Cornwall. Close by in the village is the award-winning Old Inn, dating back to the 11th century with homely dog-friendly bars and huge roaring log fires in the winter. A little further is the Blisland Inn famous for providing the finest range of real ale in the County and is a former national CAMRA pub of the year. With so much to do and see in the immediate area, you could well spend your entire holiday here but you are in a good central location for touring Cornwall if you decide to venture further afield. A perfect base for an action-packed holiday whatever time of year. This property can be booked with Tressa and Mellyone Beder Del (Melly) together they sleep 23.
