On the ground floor a well-equipped kitchen with oil-fired Rayburn for extra cosiness and dining area, plus a sitting room with a wood burning stove and lovely views over the garden and fields beyond. Upstairs three bedrooms, some with those lovely rural views: two double bedrooms and another double with a single bed, and a family shower room. Off the first floor landing is a WC with a hand basin.. Outside a spacious, shared lawn garden for relaxation with garden furniture, a trampoline and swing for boisterous youngsters. The hamlet of St Endellion, famous for two annual music festivals, is just a short stroll away, whilst the beautiful Cornish harbour of Port Isaac (of Fishermans Friends fame) is slightly further afield but still easily accessible by footpath.
