Patio Table & Chairs on lower level with BBQ. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Green energy air source heat pump and Power inc. in the rent. Cot and highchair & stairgate available (at the top of the stairs only). Parking space at the property for 1 regular sized car, not suitable for low bearing or sports cars. Additional parking can be purchased in a local Village Hall car park (approximate 5 minute walk),this is charged at £30 per week per car. Sorry, no smoking. Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, each guest is also provided with a bath and hand towel – Guests must provide their own beach towels. Note: Surf shower and hanging rail for wetsuits in garden. Shop and pub 5 minutes walk. Note: Check in is from 4pm. Note: There is a £40 charge per dog. Note: Sorry, no hen, stag parties or similar. The Beach Hut is a three floored, modern terraced cottage ideal for one large or extended family or even two families sharing a holiday. There are two bedrooms on the ground and one on the second floor with the first floor being the living area, so plenty of privacy is assured. The Beach Hut offers fantastic value for money with a great location and is very well equipped and comfortable.
Due to its central location, The Beach Hut will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village’s facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall’s sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock beach is also just a five minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers.
