Then settle down for a good night’s slumber with only birdsong to disturb you from your beauty sleep in the morning. On chilly days, the lure of the woodburning stove together with the deep, comfy sofas will have you settling down to relax the day away, or if you are holidaying in warmer weather then take a book, some sun lotion and settle yourself in the garden, sit back and drift away breathing in the country air. From just outside your cottage in Three Oaks you will find numerous walks across fields and through forests, along twisted paths and into quaint villages. The medieval town of Rye is close by as are the historic towns of Battle and Hastings, divided by only a few miles and joined together in 1066 history.
