Situated close to the market town of Holsworthy, the area has an abundance of rolling fields, hidden valleys and is within easy reach of the outstanding Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks. For sun worshipers, the safe, sandy beaches of Bude and Widemouth are within easy driving distance and for the more energetic, the Tarka Trail is popular for walkers and cyclists. There are several country pub/restaurants nearby, offering local produce meals or for that special indulgence, treat yourself to a wonderful Devon Cream Tea. The Croft is an ideal base whether you are looking for a countryside break or if you wish to do some sightseeing around Devon and Cornwall.
