Lily Cottage is a semi-detached cottage situated in Pelynt near Looe Cornwall. Internally, the property has been extensively renovated to provide comfortable and attractive accommodation in the heart of the countryside. There is an open-plan living area with a range of comfortable seating, and boasting a lovely woodburning stove, perfect for cosy nights in, in front of the Smart TV. Settle down at the dining room table, with seating for up to six people and enjoy a lovely home-cooked meal. Prepared in the modern kitchen, with its wooden units and sleek black worktops. On the lower ground floor are three bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room, one king-size and one twin. There is a separate family bathroom with the choice of a bath or shower over. Outside are communal gardens. A wildlife camera has been fitted to the owl box and connected to the Smart TV inside, providing precious live footage for wildlife enthusiasts.
