Within a few minutes’ walk you can be paddling your feet or taking a dip in the sea or building sandcastles on the award-winning famous golden sandy beach.
For those more energetic take a stroll along the beach and promenade to the Sea Life centre or walk even further along the Esplanade to Overcombe where you can enjoy a drink and a bite to eat in the Oasis café. For those less energetic you can catch the ‘land train’ which will take you from the Pavilion to the Sea Life centre, stopping along the way.
Maybe you may wish to take a drive along the Jurassic coast road, stopping off at Abbotsbury in one of the pretty tea rooms or in West Bay and enjoy fish and chips on the harbourside.
