Gooder House is a tastefully furnished and well presented pet-friendly property providing comfortable accommodation over three floors. Situated in Above Town, the property enjoys glimpses of the stunning River Dart.
From the entrance doors lead off into a twin bedroom and the garage – stairs lead up to the first and second floor accommodation. The second floor attic sitting room is a light and sunny room comfortably furnished with two large sofas, armchairs, TV, DVD player and with a feature electric ‘wood’ stove. Dormer windows and a Juliet ‘Velux’ balcony offer lovely River Dart glimpses. On the first floor the open plan kitchen/dining room features a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and a large wooden table and chairs to seat six comfortably. Bi-folding doors lead out to the rear enclosed terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs.
There are three bedrooms in total, the en suite first floor master bedroom has a super-King size bed (which can be made into two single beds on request), bedside units, wardrobe, flat screen TV. En suite with walk-in shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail. Bedroom two has a double bed, bedside units and walk-in cupboard. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds with en suite wet room. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over and a further shower room.
Dartmouth’s town centre with its array of boutique shops, restaurants and the river itself is a 5-10 minute walk away. From the embankment try your hand at kayaking or stand up paddleboarding. Guests benefit from integrated garage parking – dimensions provided on request.
