Lower Fernlea is a spacious apartment with accommodation over two floors of a period town house, fully refurbished in recent years to a very high standard throughout and with off road parking for one car. Situated on the lower end of Devon Road within easy access of Courtenay Park, Salcombe town centre and its famous waterfront.
A flight of stairs leads up from the enviable parking area to the ground floor entrance into the stylish living accommodation.
