Spend the day exploring the Start Bay coastline, a 10 minute drive away, before returning to Dartmouth for award-winning fish and chips, and a quiet evening watching life on the River Dart from Leeside.
The property has a very comfortable sitting/dining room, the perfect spot for observing the view. The adjacent kitchen is very well equipped. There are two bedrooms in total, accommodating four people. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, whilst the second room is a twin (ideally set up for children), with two small single beds. There is also a family bathroom and a separate cloakroom.
