    More Information

The Station is situated in Bolberry Down – a short walk from the South West Coast Path and the Oceans Restaurant and Bar. This reverse-level accommodation sleeps nine people on the ground floor across four bedrooms, with three bathrooms. The living, dining and kitchen areas are upstairs along with a balcony where you can take in views of the coastline, also seen from the garden and terrace to the rear of the property.

With walking, water sports, Salcombe and Hope Cove nearby, The Station is ideally located for families and friends looking to explore this area around Bolberry Down and beyond.

A large hallway with recently refitted flooring leads you into the ground floor, here there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite with bath and shower, has a king-size bed and the added bonus of a sofa and dressing area, along with doors out to the garden and terrace. Bedrooms two and three are doubles – one with an en-suite shower room. Bedroom four has three single beds. In addition to the two en-suite rooms, there is a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Adjacent to the master bedroom is the utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and doors out to the garden.

Move upstairs to the T-shaped first floor. To one end is a lounge area with two large sofas seating three and four people, along with a TV and DVD player for evenings relaxing together. On warm days, take advantage of the doors to the balcony and let in the sun.

To the far end is the snug, ideal for some quiet time, or for use as a play area for children – even those just young at heart. Here you’ll find a PlayStation, TV, sofa, table and chairs.

To the middle is the kitchen – with ceramic hob, double electric oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A large dining table and chairs is central to the living area, perfect for gathering around to plan days out and enjoying meals together.

Traveling in convoy? No problem, there is ample space for several cars in front of the property.

Pay a visit to Kingsbridge, just six miles away, with all the tradition of an English market town. Further afield is Plymouth, with shops, restaurants and art galleries, not forgetting the quayside.

The Station, a home-from-home in a National Trust location perfect for exploring South Devon, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
