10 Cove View is a beautiful, coastal apartment that looks out across Capstone, towards the Landmark Theatre with lovely views of the sea, positioned in the North Devon town of Ilfracombe. Perfectly positioned for strolling into the town centre, it is the ideal base for a family holiday or two couples looking to get away, offering two allocated parking spaces slightly down the hill, a rarity for properties of this size in Ilfracombe. Step into a roomy hallway that leads into entering the bright and stylish living room. Californian shutters and crisp white walls reflecting the East- West sunlight that pours through the floor to ceiling windows and patio doors. Step out onto the balcony and drink in the superb views as you sip a replenishing drink and enjoy the magnificent sunsets drifting across the sky. Move through to the dining area from the living room and tuck into a delicious meal cooked up in the kitchen, catching up on the day you’ve just had and making plans for further adventures during your stay. From the kitchen are patio doors to another small balcony, which offers views towards Hillsborough, the coastal path and the bustling harbour. For surfers and those who are seeking the large expanses of sands that this coast is famous for, Woolacombe and Croyde are both within easy reach.
