The contemporary and stylish open plan living area boasts doors that lead to a private outdoor area (table and chairs provided). The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a small breakfast bar that seats two and a dining table, seating six. The separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The lounge area is comfortable, with a Smart TV. The master bedroom has a super-King size bed, ample storage and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom is a Twin Room. The third bedroom is a little smaller, with full-sized bunk beds for children only. In addition to the master en suite, there is a further bathroom with shower cubicle, bath and heated towel rail.
Additionally, guests have use of the communal patio area with barbeque facility and sun deck, and exclusive use of the outdoor heated swimming pool (during peak season – late May to late September). There is one allocated parking space, plus visitors spaces.
