The town itself boasts a host of amenities, including tasty eateries such as the Watermans Arms, a selection of convenience stores where you can stock up on essentials and independent shops well worth a browse. Visit the impressive Pembroke Castle, sitting directly opposite the property, and learn more about the local area, before enjoying a scenic walk around the Mill Pond and Holyland Wood. Visit the fascinating ruins of Lamphey Bishops Palace or nearby Carew Castle before spending a day at the seaside to try out watersports or simply to indulge in a picnic in the salty air. Nearby Pembroke Dock has its own golf course, and there is also the option of visiting beautiful Picton Castle Gardens, the Welsh Spitfire Museum, Tenby Castle or fantastic Folly Farm.
