‘Thurlestone Rock’ is a development of spacious marine apartments, situated on the very edge of Thurlestone Sands. Enjoying sweeping views across and over the beach towards Bigbury Bay, it is the perfect bolthole for a luxurious coastal retreat. Entered via two flights of stairs that lead to the apartment entrance, the property has a fully fitted kitchen, featuring an electric fan double oven, four-ring electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a separate utility area housing a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The combined lounge and dining room is comfortably spacious, enjoying a Smart TV, sofas and a dining table that seats six. French doors lead out onto a private balcony (with small table and chairs) that looks across the beach, and towards the iconic Thurlestone Rock and nearby golf course.
The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, drawers and dresser, and ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin, with two single beds, and ample clothes storage, whilst the third bedroom has full sized bunk beds. In addition, there is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Outdoor space is ample, with not only a private balcony, but also a large communal patio area with barbeque facility, lower sun deck, and exclusive use of the outdoor heated swimming pool (between the months of late May to late September).
