Nestled into the Percy Wood Park in Swarland, 15 Silverbirch is a delightful lodge, outfitted to a high standard and ideal for a family or two couples looking to explore the coast and countryside of Northumberland. Be welcomed into a light and airy open-plan living space, sporting homely décor, ample amenities and large windows and patio doors allowing in seas of light and views of the park. Here guests can get to grips with the well-fitted kitchen and rustle up a storm, which can be served at the family dining table, before settling into the sitting area beside the electric fire to enjoy a movie marathon. When sleep calls, settle down into one of two well-presented bedrooms, choosing between a double with en-suite shower room and a double with en-suite bathroom. Outside you will find a delightful wrap-around veranda with a great selection of furniture and a barbecue, plus a non-enclosed patio with furniture, encouraging guests to dine alfresco in the sunshine with a glass of their favourite beverage.
