Ideally located in a very quiet area just one road back from the seafront with a beach restaurant, but also with a local railway station so perfect for non drivers/walkers/day trips around the region. Newquay is on the South West Coast Path and the sustrans national cycle route 32 also runs through Newquay. Climbing and abseiling activities are in the area and of course being near the sea, there are also angling/fishing trips. Shop and pub 0.2 miles but other supermarkets/restaurants are also within 0.3 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Beach 0.4 miles.
