Strictly No smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. 2 x highchairs available. One of the highchairs is only suitable for young babies, the other wooden one is suitable for toddlers.

    164 Cumber Close is a 3 bedroom property, located within easy walking distance of the village amenities in Malborough, and just a short drive or walk to the sandy beaches and famous sailing waters in Salcombe plus the South West Coast Path. To the rear is a lovely south facing terrace with table and chairs providing a perfect spot for ‘al fresco’ dining and offering open countryside views. The front door opens into the entrance hallway with stairs rising to the first floor and a door leading into the open plan kitchen/dining/living room. The open plan living area is furnished with a 3 seater sofa and 3 matching armchairs, a dining table and chairs for 6 guests and a well-equipped fitted kitchen.Sliding doors lead out onto the rear terrace. There are three bedrooms all located on the first floor.Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size wooden framed bed, bedside cabinets and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a Kingsize bed, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet and enjoys countryside views. The third bedroom is furnished with bunk-beds and a chest of drawers. There is also a cot/study room. The family bathroom has a panelled bath with shower over and there is a shower room located on the ground floor. At the front of the property is a small paved and gravelled garden with the south facing terrace at the rear. On street parking is available a short distance from the front door. Up to two well behaved dogs are accepted at the property.
