This spacious flat is light and airy and is ideally situated on the banks of the River Brede just a short stroll to the centre of the ancient cinque port town of Rye. It has plenty of space to spread out and relax and soak up the views of the passing boats and the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and reading chair which you can position to make the most of the views of the river and the fields beyond. The flat has large windows and patio doors onto the south and west facing balcony – making the most of the sunshine all day and ending up with the stunning sunsets.
