Positioned on the edge of the magnificent Benllech coastline, with a beach two miles away, it makes a splendid base for some time off with friends and family. The property is set on a modern estate and boasts contemporary furnishing throughout. Dust off those cooking books and relish in some home-cooking in the kitchen, appointed with a sleek array of units and modern appliances, ensuring you have everything needed for a well-equipped stay. While dinner is cooking, set the dining table before popping open a bottle of wine and toasting to a long-awaited getaway. Move into the light and airy lounge, where a 50” Smart TV provides the evening’s entertainment, or take yourself outside and enjoy a moment on the rattan furniture, perhaps with a refreshing drink in hand. The bedrooms at this Brynteg cottage are sumptuous and decorated in subtle grey tones, whilst the master bedroom benefits from a beautiful Juliet balcony, both served by a contemporary bathroom and shower room. Avid golfers can enjoy a round on the Storws Wen Golf Club, situated less than half a mile away, or if you’d prefer to use your feet then there is also a foot golf course just opposite. Local amenities can be found in nearby Benllech, home to a choice of supermarkets, boutique shops, pubs, and cafés. Spend a day roaming around the area, before unpacking your seaside bag and lounging on the soft sands of Benllech Beach. A short drive away lies Parys Mountain, offering a myriad of walks around the unusual landscape of the ancient copper mine, or take a trip to see the longest place name in Europe Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (Llanfair PG or Llanfairpwll, for short!), which is a must when in the area. The vibrant seaside town of Beaumaris is also easily accessible, where you can brush up on local history at the 13th century castle, go crab fishing along the pier, or catch a boat trip to Puffin Island! Alternatively, cross Menai Bridge to the magnificent Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, providing endless routes over natural beauty – it’s a real haven for any outdoor enthusiast!
