With ground-floor living, an open-plan layout, and being well-positioned to explore nearby amenities and the golden sands of Brixham Beach, this property welcomes, families and small groups of friends seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Inside, the open-plan living space becomes the heart of the home, where you can prepare some heart-warming foods in the equipped kitchen, enjoy meals as a family around the dining table, and look forward to watching your favourite films with your loved ones in the evening on the sofa. When sleep calls, escape to one of the two bedrooms, featuring a double and a twin, to rest and rejuvenate for a new day of exploration.
