    2 Churchill House is a very contemporary apartment at the end of Buckley Street/Market Street arranged over two floors with stunning views of the Salcombe Estuary, across to East Portlemouth and South Pool Creek. The accommodation is presented to a very high standard with a chic, nautical décor. Karndean flooring throughout except for the bedrooms which are carpeted. From this fantastic location, enjoy Salcombe’s picturesque waterfront, sandy beaches, popular restaurants and boutique shops.

    Steps from the ground floor parking area lead into a spacious hallway, from which all bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed.
    Four bedrooms in total: master bedroom with a King-size bed and en suite with power shower and hand-basin.
    The second bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and an en suite with a bath and hand basin. Bedroom three has two single beds.

    The fourth bedroom has a double bed.

    In addition, on this floor is a separate cloakroom with w.c and wash hand basin, and a shower room with power shower and w.c.

    The owners have refurbished the bathroom, shower room, en-suites and the separate cloakroom (2023).
