A level terrace with seating surrounds three sides of the property with a Cocktail Patio offering stunning views over the Town to the Estuary and Snapes Point.
A spacious hallway with plenty of room for shoes and coats leads to a light and airy dual aspect living-dining room with comfortable sofa, easy chairs, cosy gas fire and a flat screen digital TV. A pleasant dining area in front of the large picture window takes in the amazing views during dinner!
The modern kitchen is well fitted with a four-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a small breakfast bar. A door takes you out on to the terrace.
There are two bedrooms, both with blackout blinds. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, and a good-sized, twin second bedroom with two single beds. Modern family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., shaver point and light.
Outside, a level terrace surrounds three sides of the property with a flight of steps leading up to a very pleasant decked area with table and chairs, and stunning views across to Snapes Point. From this area further steps lead up to a gate and direct access to/from Onslow Road.
