With such beautiful surroundings, it would be a shame not to explore the countryside and you can do this by following a range of local trails including the picturesque River Lym footpath leading you into the town, or you can enjoy the coast through the East Devon Way. There are also local sites such as Cannington Viaduct and Langmoor and Lister Gardens where you can enjoy the countryside air and take a picnic. There is a local pub and post office close to the property, however, for greater variety, head into the town of Lyme Regis where you will find a great variety of eateries, as well as harbour and coastal walks. Visit the local museums or venture out to the Jurassic coast to search for incredible fossils.
