3 Churchill House is set at the end of Buckley Street/Market Street in a quiet location just a few yards from the town’s waterfront, shops and restaurants and within easy reach of a range of sandy beaches.
A flight of steps up to the entrance at first floor level, opening into a spacious hallway with Karndean flooring throughout, and a cupboard housing a washer/dryer. The modern open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room which is a spacious room with lovely views over the estuary. The kitchen has a range of contemporary units and granite worktops. A beautiful oval dining table has six funky designer chairs, whilst the lounge has a large three-seater sofa with chaise, armchair, coffee table, and Smart TV/DVD player.
Three bedrooms in total. The en suite master bedroom has glimpses of the estuary and is furnished with a King-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe with shelves/drawers and chair. The en suite has a large walk-in shower (with rainhead and hand-held attachment). The second double bedroom also has a King-size bed, whilst the third is a good-sized twin.
