A well equipped kitchen, including electric double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. There is also a dining table that seats six stools. The separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and storage units. The combined dining and living room is spacious, and enjoys a double patio door leading onto a private balcony (with teak table and chairs) boasting stunning sea/beach views. Comfortably furnished, there are two three-seater sofas, an easy chair, large TV/DVD unit, radio/iPod dock sound system, and a six seater dining table. The spacious master bedroom enjoys sea views, and has a King-size bed, stylish furniture, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with combined bath/power shower. The two further bedrooms each have twin beds, and rolling country views. There is a further bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle, bidet and heated towel rail. One small, well behaved dog is permitted.
Guests also enjoy free use of the communal patio area with barbeque facility and sun deck, and exclusive use of the outdoor heated swimming pool. There is one allocated visitor parking space.
