4 West Park Mews is just a few minutes’ easy walk from the centre of Hope Cove with its family friendly sandy beaches, inn, restaurant and store. There is quick access also to the South West Coastal Path which runs through the village, and the popular town of Salcombe is a short drive away.
From the entrance hallway there is access to a ground floor twin bedroom and stairs which lead up to the open plan living accommodation with oak flooring. The sitting area has a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, 32″ Flat screen TV, DVD player, Wii games console and an iPod dock whilst a door leads out to South-facing roof terrace with table and chairs. The dining area has a table which seats six comfortably meanwhile the well-equipped kitchen has granite work surfaces, a larder, four-ring ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The first-floor master bedroom has a King-size bed, plenty of storage and a 19″ digital TV with DVD player. The twin bedroom has two 3′ single beds, plenty of storage and a 19″ Digital TV with integrated DVD player. The bathroom has a bath, shower (over), hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail.
