The property is situated in Kinmel Bay, where there is a variety of shops, pubs, tasty eateries and of course a lovely sandy beach all within walking distance. There are watersports activities at Rhyl Harbour and Rhyl Yacht Club, as well as nature spotting opportunities at Kinmel Dunes Local Nature Reserve. The neighbouring town of Rhyl also houses another beach, a golf course and SeaQuarium, or guests can travel a little further to Llandudno where there is another beach, loads of amenities, local shops, walks across the Great Orme and Little Orme and a promenade where guest can enjoy fish and chips, as well as Llandudno Ski and Snowboard Centre. From here, visit Conwy, where there is a magnificent castle and RSPB nature reserve, or head further into Anglesey with its stunning beaches or Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, where there are ample walks, mountain biking trails and watersports activities.
