‘1-zero-3’ is based within & a lovely Country Park within 200 acres of woodland encompassing waterside walks, & quality fishing lakes and a 40 acre clearwater sports lake. Location is perfect for fishing, walking, cycling or simply just space to relax, unwind and just do nothing!
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, double glazing and gas central heated throughout. Bathroom has a walk in shower cubical and toilet. There is an additional toilet to suit larger families. Lounge has plenty of seating, the sofa also opens out to become a double. Kitchen is well equipped if you don’t fancy a walk over to the 7 Lakes Bar and Restaurant. Sleeping accommodates up to 8 people upon request and 2/3 small to medium well behaved dogs – additional pet request can be discussed with owner. Outside there is a veranda with tables and seating for 8 people. Bedding and towels will be provided.
Onsite at the Bar and Restaurant provides excellent affordable foods and weekend entertainment, Keeley’s ice-cream parlour with everchanging flavours to explore, a launderette, several fishing lakes, walks and woodlands and children’s play areas. Crowle and Epworth are full of local amenities. Within the area there are lots of local attractions such as Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Normandy Hall, The Dome, Cinemas, Ten-pin bowling, ice skating, golf, a wealth of history and many retail shopping outlets.
