Conveniently located, 92 The Borough provides a cosy yet spacious base for a couple or small family of three. A beautiful cottage garden is perfect for al fresco dining in the summer months. The cottage welcomes dogs and is sure to be a great base for exploring the New Forest National Park and south Wiltshire.
Downton offers many good pubs within just a few minutes’ walk as well as a great café just a stone’s throw away from the cottage.
Get in your car and drive 10 minutes into the National Park with many walking and cycling opportunities. Travel north and find yourself in the popular cathedral city of Salisbury, excellent for a day sightseeing or for a little retail therapy.
Outside
To the rear of the property is a pretty cottage garden which extends out towards the fields behind. The garden area immediately from the back door leads to a patio with pretty borders and a wooden table and chairs. With regret no barbecues are permitted here due to the thatch. Beyond the small outbuildings is a more open garden space with views across the fields beyond and a pretty summerhouse which is available to guests during the summer months.

Street parking is available in the road immediately outside the cottage.
