Climb the quirky paddle stairs where a king-size bedroom with en-suite sleek bathroom awaits. Albie’s End lies in the village of Catsfield where you can stock up on necessities at the local store or treat your loved one to a special meal at The White Hart which serve delicious pub fare and a variety of drinks. Take the short, scenic drive to Battle to immerse yourself in local history by touring the famous English Heritage site of Battle Abbey which hosts an interactive exhibit and film about 1066, or meander through Battle Walled Garden and Battle Great Woods. You are within a stone’s throw of the 1066 country trail which goes West towards Pevensey or East towards Battle, Winchelsea and Rye. This local walk links with other trails to explore the beautiful local countryside.
