The rugged beauty of both coastal routes is easily reached by car, with its clifftop paths, beaches, and iconic landmarks.
Day trips to places like Ballintoy Harbour, Malin Head (Irelands most northerly point), Giants Causeway and Benone Beach offer everything from wild coastal scenery to lively towns and villages with cafés and local shops. Closer to home, scenic country roads and peaceful walks make it easy to enjoy the landscape at your own pace. The Ness Woods Country Park is either a 2min car drive or 10min walk away, which boasts the highest waterfall in Northern Ireland, a child’s play park and up to 26km of interconnecting walking routes across several woodlands straddling the Burntollet and Faughan rivers.
