April Cottage is a detached house in Flixton, a 10 minute drive from Filey and a 20-minute drive from Scarborough. A perfect place for families to come and spend some time together. There is an enclosed garden with a hot tub for you to relax in the evenings, and a wood-burning stove in the living room to keep you warm during the day. Enter into the open-plan living space, an ideal space for entertaining, containing a sitting room furnished with a corner sofa, a coffee table and a Smart TV for some downtime. Settle down at the dining table to enjoy mealtimes together, which can be prepared in the contemporary kitchen area, with an electric oven and hob to assist you. From here, head outside onto the enclosed rear garden; on summer evenings savour cold beverages at the picnic bench and watch the sunset from the bubbling hot tub. When night draws in, retire inside and climb upstairs to choose between a zip/link super-king-size with a walk-in wardrobe, a king-size, and single bedroom, all tastefully furnished. Begin your day with a soothing soak in the bathroom or rinse off in the overhead shower as your towel keeps warm and dry on the heated rail. Just paces away is the friendly pub, Foxhound Inn, where you can dine out and enjoy local ales or venture into the village of Cayton for a greater selection of pubs and shops.
