It is the perfect getaway for a family or group of friends alike to spend a relaxing holiday in the beautiful countryside. The stunning property is believed to date back approximately three hundred years and combines a mixture of traditional timber frame and Cotswold stone building styles. On arrival park up on the off-road parking space, before entering into the sitting room that exudes traditional character with oak beams and frames and exposed Cotswold stone walls, where you can relax on the inviting seating whilst watching a film on the Smart TV, as you are kept warm and toasty by the woodburning stove and underfloor heating. Moving through the property on the beautiful, underfloor heated, flagstone flooring you will come to the kitchen/dining areas, where you can cook delicious meals using the contemporary appliances as you retreat to the beautiful dining table to indulge in your meals and toast to an exciting holiday that lies ahead. A handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a cloakroom with an adjacent basin and WC can also be found downstairs. Relatively steep stairs wind up to the first-floor, where you will find three lovely bedrooms all beautifully set in the eaves of the cottage; there is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, all with storage space. The location is ideal for exploring some of England’s finest countryside, towns and villages, such as Chipping Campden where you can start your day with a delicious breakfast at Huxleys or Bantam Tea Rooms before heading over to Dover’s Hill to enjoy the stunning views over the Vale of Evesham where you can join the Cotswold Way, which is a 100-mile walking trail, taking you through picturesque villages, breath-taking countryside and famous ancient sites and finish off your day with a heart-warming meal at The Swan in Broadway – the second stop on Cotswold Way! Shakespeare’s birthplace, Stratford-upon-Avon, is within easy access, and is a well-known tourist destination, where you can visit an array of attractions including Shakespeare’s childhood home, Stratford Butterfly Farm, The MAD Museum and The Royal Shakespeare and Swan Theatres.
