Recline into one of the two comfortable sofas and enjoy the entertainment package on the Smart TV with Sonos Playbar. The spacious dining area is part of the open plan living area, it comfortably seats 4 people. Open the patio doors, listen to the waves and wonder at the dramatic views across St. Ives Bay. To the rear, a fully fitted modern kitchen is well appointed offering everything you desire while on holiday. The master en-suite bedroom has panoramic sea views, open the French doors and drift off to sleep to the sound of the surf or enjoy breakfast with a breath-taking view of the bay. The second room is a twin, located to the rear. This quiet comfortable space ensures a peaceful night’s sleep. The balcony of Aquamarine is accessible from either the lounge or the master bedroom, with a patio table and four chairs. As this is on the second floor, we recommend that children are always accompanied. Dine alfresco or enjoy drinks watching the sun set over St Ives. The balcony is directly above the communal garden from which a path leads down to the beach by a private gate, you can also access the South West coastal path. Alternatively catch the scenic train nearby into St Ives or connect to the main line to discover inspirational Cornwall.
