A pretty king-size bedroom can be found with green accents, whilst the final sleeping spot is a lovely twin decorated in pink with vintage-style bed frames. Freshen up following your journey in the beautiful family bathroom where a large corner bath await you, along with an overhead shower. Head upstairs to find the living areas, relaxing in the sitting room on the plush floral sofa or armchair, with a Smart TV to entertain. An open-plan living space offers the perfect social spot for the group, whether cooking up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, sitting around the dining table opening up a bottle, or unwinding on the sofa. From this room access the wonderful elevated decked garden with furniture for alfresco dining and drinks, or sit out in the courtyard on the ground floor where luscious planters rest, also providing access to the ground-floor utility room. Enjoy exploring the picturesque location of Armando with Devoran Creek being just a short walk away, perfect for those paddle-boarding or kayaking enthusiasts, while walkers and cyclists can look forward to getting active on the Bissoe Trail, a long-disused railway stretch offering a traffic-free route! The village of Devoran has all the essentials of a pub and a convenience store, while further pubs can be found in the neighbouring villages, providing plenty of friendly pit-stops for your walks and bike rides. Cornwall’s only city, Truro, offers a great day out with plenty of shops to browse and restaurants to visit, along with a look at Cornwall’s history in the Royal Cornwall Museum. Venture down to the university town of Falmouth for a host of quirky cafés and shops, a bustling harbour, and the dramatic Pendennis Castle sitting atop the headland of Pendennis Point. Two beautiful beaches can also be found near Falmouth; Gyllynhvase Beach and Swanpool Beach, while the north coast is home to beaches at Portreath, Porthtowan, and Gwithian, offering plenty of choice for beach days and surfing spots!
