    More Information

This semi-detached bungalow rests in residential part of Rhos-on-Sea, 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the sea. This Rhos-on-Sea cottage has been completely renovated to provide a warm and comfortable accommodation from which to explore the surrounding area. Look forward to unwinding in the sitting room, with the electric fire and Smart TV to take advantage of. Move into the spacious kitchen to find a selection of modern appliances on hand to assist you, along with a dining table with plenty of seating for all. Throw open the patio doors to bring the outside in, leading to a lovely garden and patio where you can unwind with a cold drink in hand. Upstairs is occupied by two bedrooms, including the master double and single with velux window, which are serviced by a refreshing family bathroom. For added flexibility, there is also a twin on the ground floor which is a great choice for the kids. Within a couple miles you have the choice of two fabulous beaches which can be reached with a gentle stroll along the main promenade, giving you a chance to watch all the seaside activity and boats pulling into the harbour. Rhos-on-Sea is also home to numerous pubs, restaurants, tea rooms, ice cream shops and a local supermarket to pick up those everyday essentials. Head into the nearby town of Llandudno where you can visit the fantastic pier and take the tramway up the Great Orme, or venture further to the town of Conwy with its well-preserved town walls, medieval castle and Britain’s smallest house. Awelon is a fine base with easy access to some top attractions in North Wales.
