    LPG central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burner. Please note: if requiring more logs will need to be purchased independently. Own matches will need to be brought. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. EV charger onsite. Off road parking for 1 car, plus parking for 1 further car on-site. Front patio with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Shared children’s play area on cottage complex. Note: Beach is accessed via owner’s land. Note: The swimming pool is available for all guests staying in our 13 cottages and 4 apartments. Guests must go to the pool entrance area to sign up for the swimming slots they would like to use, using their property name. Each stay is allocated a number of slots, 7 night stay – 5 slots, 5 night stay – 3 slots,3 night stay – 2 slots. The same time slot is not available to each property each day. Note: Caravans/ motor homes/ commercial vehicles (eg vans) are not permitted to be parked outside the properties, there is alternative parking opposite the properties, just off the main site (it is still covered by our CCTV) This is available by prior arrangement at a cost of £20. Note: Check in 4pm, check out 9.30am. Please Note: This property will only accept a check in on a Saturday. This property has a good housekeeping bond of £150. Please be aware between winter months November to April the hot tub gets emptied, cleaned and refilled on a Friday. If vacating the day before please refrain from using on the last day of your holiday. Please note: This property only accepts week-long bookings.

    This ground floor cottage at North Farm has been tastefully designed to provide all the requirements for a stay in the stunning Northumberland countryside. There are two bedrooms and a spacious open plan living area consisting of a fitted kitchen, a dining area with views towards the sea and a lovely sitting area with woodburning stove. To the front of the cottage there is a patio area with hot tub, so crack open the bubbly, relax in the hot tub and take in those glorious sea views.
